Basic Salary: MK 250,000 per month
Transport Allowance: MK 33,000
KPI Bonuses: Up to MK 50,000
Additional Pay: $7 for every qualified appointment after hitting your monthly target
Door-to-door transportation after shifts
3PM – 12AM (Malawi Time)
9AM – 6PM (EST)
You speak English clearly and confidently
Comfortable talking to people on the phone
Able to follow scripts and meet daily targets
Committed to full-time night shift work
Coachable and a team player
Laptop
Stable electricity and internet connection
We provide full training — so you can succeed even if you’re new to appointment setting.
