Josh's New Role-Business Support Executive

At BESM Solutions, we love to see people grow into roles where they can truly shine.
Today, we’re excited to celebrate Josh, who has officially moved from our call center team into a new role as Business Support Executive starting August 1st, 2025.

Josh’s journey with us hasn’t been easy. As a call center agent, he faced some tough challenges – but what stood out was his character. He never gave up. He kept learning, showed up every day with a positive attitude, and was always ready to help wherever he could.

Over time, we noticed something special: Josh had a real knack for creative tasks, staying organized, and working independently. Those qualities made us confident that he’d thrive in a role focused on social media, outreach, and design support rather than direct calling.

This move is a perfect example of why we believe in looking beyond results and seeing potential.
We can’t wait to see Josh grow in this new chapter of his journey.
